Sananga & Sprays: These products are potent. They may cause temporary physical discomfort. Use them with reverence and caution.
Tools: Tools like Kuripé, Tuning Forks, Singing Bowls etc. are intended for traditional use only.

4. Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from this store. By placing an order, you represent that you are 21 or older.

5. Shipping & Order Minimums

Shipping Area: We ship within the United States.
Minimum Order: To support our operational costs, we require a minimum purchase of $25.00 before shipping fees.
Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because our products are sensitive, handcrafted, and used for personal practices, our return policy is strict:

No Returns on Opened Products: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any tinctures, sprays, or eye drops that have been opened or used.
Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will happily replace it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ayadelavid.store, including photos, product names ("Brain Bliss," "Liver Love," etc.), descriptions, and logos, is the property of Aya de La Vid and protected by copyright law. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
