We are honored to share these curated products with you and will do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Please read our shipping guidelines below:

Fulfillment/Processing Times

We partner with unique sacred herbal, sound and meditation suppliers. Due to the nature of each supplier please allow 1-2 business days for herbal remedies to be fulfilled and processed before shipping to the address you provide and 6 business days for sound therapy products. Then we will ship your product with care!

Shipping Options & Costs

  • Standard Ground Shipping
    USPS ground service (typically 2–5 business days). Includes tracking and $100 insurance. 

  • Priority Shipping
    USPS Priority service for larger orders, up to 1lb. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days and includes tracking and $100 insurance.

  • Overnight Shipping
    For urgent orders, overnight service is available depending on location and the time the order is placed. Please contact us directly before selecting this option to confirm availability.

    * Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based upon weight and final destination.

Important Notes

  • Processing Time – We typically process and ship within 1-6 business days. There may occasionally be brief delays. We will always strive to keep communication clear and timely.

  • Lost or Delayed Mail – If an item is delayed or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work together to open an inquiry with the mail carrier. Once an item has been handed over to the postal service, we are not responsible for delays outside our control.

  • Incorrect Product – In the rare case that the wrong product is sent, please provide a clear photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct item at no additional cost.

  • Returns/Refunds – Since these are very personal items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds, except in the case of an incorrect item being sent or being broken in transit, please be prepared with images of the broken item on arrival and packaging.
