Due to the nature of our products (tinctures, sprays, and ceremonial items), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, or if we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, please let us know immediately.

Once we verify the issue, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

3. Refunds

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened Sananga eye drops

• Opened herbal tinctures

• Opened sprays (e.g., Chilcague)

• Used Kuripés or other ceremonial tools

5. Return Shipping

For authorized returns of unopened/unused items (within 14 days), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
